The OPPORTUNITY

Since 2022, Cloudfire has partnered with Trilith (Trilith Foundation, Trilith Studios, and Trilith Live) on a range of storytelling projects - supporting the creative ecosystem surrounding the larges movie studio complex in North America.

For these two films, the challenge had two sides: creating impact and fueling impact.

The Trilith Foundation needed a brand video that could drive their mission: forward: increasing event attendance, volunteer recruitment, and donor engagement.

At the same time, the team needed to fuel that mission financially by promoting their main revenue stream: a series of paid tours called Trilith Experiences.

The Approach

Cloudfire created two films - built for different goals, but connected by the same mission.

The Foundation Brand Film focused on clarity and emotional connection. It helped audiences quickly understand not only what the Foundation does, but why it matters.

The Trilith Experiences Promo functioned as a traditional commercial: creating energy and curiosity around the tour experiences.

In both projects, the focus wasn’t just on making an artistically compelling piece. Both videos were designed to serve practical goals: driving participation and supporting long-term growth.

The Results

The films became part of an ongoing creative partnership between Cloudfire and the broader Trilith ecosystem. Together, the projects helped:

  • Drive event attendance, with 18,000+ attendees across 4 years

  • Support the distribution of 57 mental health subsidies (as of May 2026), provide professional counseling for creative industry professionals

  • Cultivate and engage Trilith Foundation donors, helping support all aspects of the organization’s mission (specific financials undisclosed)

  • Kevin's creative vision and technical expertise consistently bring our events to life, capturing not just the moments, but the energy and emotion of each occasion. Working with the Kevin is a pleasure; he is always professional, adaptable, and eager to collaborate. His ability to seamlessly blend into the event atmosphere while delivering high-quality footage has helped to enhance our storytelling.   • Working with Cloudfire on our "Experience Trilith" commercial was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
